RON GREEN

Ron is an avid singer songwriter for both contemporary indie/ alt rock and children's music.

During the late 90s on the heels of the grunge era there was a short revival of ska music and swing dancing in the western United States. Ron played guitar, co-composed and helped manage the Swing/ Ska ensemble The Nightmare Fighters.

 

Ron also participated choreography and swing dancing including the jitterbug and lindy hop. He and his partner won the 1997 KEZW Swing Dance Competition.

 

More recently Ron accompanied the Denver indie-pop band, Gritch on guitar. He continues to compose and perform in within the folk/rock scene.
